I did not purchase my product from you, can you help me with my radio?

While we love to assist people with their radio, we are merely a distributor of our products. We are unable to provide outside technical support on items not purchased from BridgeCom Systems. We do offer Bridgecom University, a video series on how our radios are set up and programmed.
