Plug and Play Package Expiration Policy

For the Plug and Play Package, we need your Call Sign, DMR ID, and Brandmeister password if you have one (Brandmeister PW does not always apply).

If these credentials aren't provided within 4 months of purchase, your order will be canceled and refunded to the payment method used to purchase the radio.
